I am an experienced educator, researcher, and leader specializing in math achievement and engagement through neuroscience-based strategies. I partner with school district leaders and site-level administrators to improve math instruction and performance using innovative, research-driven techniques that address key challenges like student self-perception of math potential, and classroom engagement.

​I specialize in research-driven professional development for math educators and leaders. Through workshops, coaching, and personalized support, educators integrate neuroscience-based strategies to boost student engagement and performance.

I focus on progress monitoring, using quantitative data (growth rates, statistical analyses) and qualitative feedback (interviews, focus groups) to drive growth. This data-informed process ensures actionable feedback in the classroom.
